Refund policy
How to request a refund
To be eligible, you must submit a refund request within the 90-day window by contacting us at support@maplelane.shop with your order number and proof of purchase. You will then be provided with a return address. The product must be physically received by us within 30 days of us providing that address, otherwise the return will be ineligible. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund limits
Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. We reserve the right to decline refund requests from customers with a history of repeated claims.
Processing your refund
Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@maplelane.shop.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If an exchange is arranged, you are no longer eligible for a refund on that order.
European Union customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Please contact us at support@maplelane.shop to initiate this process.
